Studio outfit of the day

Jonathan brings you the latest studiofashion.

Shirt: Cheap Monday, bought in Stockholm a few years ago (although somebody claims it was Linköping). Motive; undefined round things, something that could be mistaken for a tree and one square. Jonathan thinks the surreal patterns symbolise the inner struggle we all go through, the one between the naive child inside of us (round things) and the savvy grown person we try to be (squarelike).

Pants: Very cozy pants which he got from his younger brother, with the words Cloetta written on the right leg.

Slippers: They're supposed to represent the lion mascot for the hockeyteam LHC.

Hair: Washed yesterday with Nutrisse. Airdried, no products.

Face: A bit unshaved.

Emotion: Curious, excited. He's not hungry, but he craves fruit.

Special powers: Technicalskills, especially patching of sidechaining. (This is only cool if you're a nerd).

Weapon of choice: Guitar, American Fender Stratocaster. Ivorywhite.

Hawaiian pizza with extra garlicsauce. That's life.

Oh-oh, snow-ow

One year ago, when we were in the studio the last time, we got to experience the first snowfall of the year. And now we're here again. Well, guess what? This morning we woke up to this winter's first snowfall.

So we decided to start recording a very beautiful, melancholic song.

While the snow keeps falling outside like crazy, covering everything in white.

We've got a very inspiring view to look out at.

Kingside studios, kick-off!

Hey everybody!

So, we're halfway through our proper first day in the studio. What a kick-off! We've already forgotten to be hungry or thirsty, guess this is what happens when music is at its best, it feels like we could go on forever. The song we worked on today has really taken shape. And new ideas keep on bubbling. Luckily, we'll be here the week out and record, - and keep you guys updates as well.


Now; a quick slice of pizza, then back to work!
Tonight, we might even deserve a glass of red wine. Or corona. Or both.
